Our games are based on the development framework PLAYNING, which utilizes several coaching techniques together with science-based, reflective action games such as Navigator to support individuals, teams and organizations in their development. PLAYNING is an innovative method that empowers individuals, teams and organizations to safely explore new terrain and discover new ways in which to navigate our complex world.
